WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
If your order is placed before 11am Monday to Friday, it will be sent the same day. Shipping confirmations are sent once your order is en route.
Orders placed after 11am during the week or any time over the weekend are processed on the next business day.
WHERE DO YOU SHIP?
We offer free delivery on orders over £200, and £4.95 for all other orders. All orders are sent via our standard 2-3 day tracked service.
We offer £10 shipping via our standard tracked service which can take up to two and a half weeks to deliver.
Unfortunately we cannot deliver to Switzerland due to hallmark legislation.
We offer £15 shipping via our standard tracked service which can take up to two and a half weeks to deliver.
We do not offer free shipping on goods shipped outside of the United Kingdom.
Please note: All international packages are subject to taxes and duties upon delivery in your territory. Shipping quotes exclude duties and taxes. Lolari is not responsible for the cost of clearing your items through customs. All receiving customers are responsible for these fees.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you details and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please note that we do not cover return shipping costs. Initial shipping costs are also non-refundable. This also applies if you return items from an order totalling over £200 which brings the order value below the £200 threshold. In this case shipping will be deducted from your refund.
We strongly recommend using a tracked service with insurance to return items to us. We cannot be held responsible for returns that do not reach us.
International customers: Please note that we cannot cover the cost of any taxes or duties arising from a returned item. These will be deducted from your refund.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the piece is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take up to 5 days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
